Imagine a deck that is one of a kind and tailored just for you. Every card has been carefully curated and selected by you after several drafts and mutual planning.
I’ll guide and support you throughout your Card Making Journey, all the way to the grand finale.
The theme of the deck is created by you, and I will provide my best guidance, drawing on my 20 years of experience with Tarot. Alongside this, I offer practical mixed AI and Handmade Digital illustration services for your deck. We can also create other types of decks besides Tarot. With my background in Industrial Design, I can even help you design a whole new game if that’s what you dream of.
The final deck is yours, whether you choose to keep it as a personal item and rare collectible or start selling it in your shop.
The process of creating these custom-made decks is highly participatory because I want you to experience the joy and satisfaction of creating something special and beautiful with your own hands. You select the theme, and we discuss the styles or colors you want the cards to represent. I will then produce up to five style examples for you to choose from. Once you select one, we will plan and design all the cards with your chosen themes, one by one, until your deck is ready to shine!
The Card Deck Design Journey Includes
Every card will be crafted with the attention it deserves through mutual communication and planning.
We will select the most suitable protective packaging for your deck, with carefully planned printing and etiquette texts.
In my work, I adhere to all legal requirements and use only paid licensed and lawful methods.
Communication and acknowledgment of Tarot symbolism and systems, visual communication, the design process, and more.
When planning the deck outfits, it is important to review the card material and printing quality before finalizing the deck. The process typically involves two prototyping phases, although sometimes only one is necessary. These deck prototypes are also fully functional decks. If additional prototype phases are wanted or needed, they can be arranged for an extra fee.
Every card requires post-production work and must be placed into the printing layout with the desired titles or card names. This phase is done entirely by hand and requires skills in layout design, Photoshop, and desktop publishing software.
I have a preferred printing company for prototyping in China that I have used many times and trust. This company is known for its Print On Demand services. If you wish to use a different company, It is possible, but unfortunately, I won't have time to search for one and cannot take responsibility for the outcome or the risk of cards being replicated.
Ownership of the deck will transfer to you once the deck is finalized and paid. You are free to do whatever you wish with files including minting them an as NFT. I will not reuse the cards from your deck in any other deck project, ensuring that your deck remains unique and one-of-a-kind. However, themes are not protected unless the deck includes AI-generated face models of you or your family, or illustrations specifically identified with your business.
As a result of the design journey, you will receive one physical deck printed in its full glory, along with all print files (excluding the worksheet). It is up to you whether you want to keep the deck as a unique rarity item solely for you, print extra decks for family and friends, or start full mass production.
Extra decks can be ordered for an additional price, but once you have the physical deck and print files, you can arrange your card production as you prefer. This could include domestic printing, stocking, or any other option that suits your needs.Guide Book Or Website design
