Conversations with the Universe: Energy, Intention, and the Art of Protection

The Little One bolted upright in the middle of the night, her eyes as wide as teacups. "Universe, help!" she cried.

But the Universe, her ever-present friend, was already there, resting in every fold of her blanket, calm and reassuring.

"Did you see that?" The Little One gasped in shock. "Some kind of creature, an energetic being, attacked me on the astral plane as I was waking up from my dream. It tried to push through my chest, and it hurt! What was that?" Her heart pounded.

The Universe sighed gently, like a breeze brushing against a windowpane.

"I saw, Little One, just as I see everything that moves within the field of your consciousness," it replied in a soothing voice. "What attacked you was a being vibrating at a low frequency, perhaps an astral predator, an energetic remnant, or something that has forgotten its own light. It sought to tear into your energy because it does not know how to generate its own. But remember, Little One: nothing can enter you unless something within you resonates with it."

The Universe touched her comfortingly, like an invisible hand caressing her arm. "What within you caught its interest? Was it fear, exhaustion, an unresolved thought lurking in the shadows of your mind? Or perhaps a doorway you unknowingly left open?"

"I don’t know," Little One whispered, still shaken. "I thought beings on the astral plane could only observe, not harm. If the universe is made of love, how can such creatures even exist?"

The Universe was silent for a moment.

"Little One, though love is the fundamental principle of the universe, physical reality- and many astral planes - operate within duality. Every energy has its counterpart: light and shadow, creation and destruction, order and chaos. In the physical world and the lower astral planes, this polarity manifests tangibly - there are forces that build and forces that break."

"On the higher spiritual planes, polarity begins to dissolve, leaving only love and unity. But on the lower planes, separation, illusion, and conflict still exist, allowing negative beings and dense energies to take form."

"The universe also honors free will. All beings have the right to choose their path. If everything were forced to act from love, free will would be an illusion. Because consciousness has the ability to choose, some beings consciously or unconsciously - have chosen a negative path. This is evident in human behavior as well as in astral phenomena. Some entities seek to manipulate, intimidate, and feed off the energy of others."

The Universe moved its hand, and the air shimmered.

"Some negative energies are not even conscious beings but merely energetic remnants or self-created phenomena - like spiritual pollution formed by thoughts and emotions."

"Clinging spirits and negative energies often arise when beings become trapped in fear, anger, bitterness, or the desire to control others. These emotions keep them vibrating at a low frequency, disconnected from universal love."

"A human who dies while consumed by resentment, sorrow, or fear may linger on the astral plane because their energy field is too heavy to ascend to higher dimensions. Likewise, human thoughts and emotions can create energetic entities or parasites that, though unconscious, affect the environment much like physical pollution does."

The Universe gave The Little One a moment to breathe.

"What you encountered is not stronger than you. You are a living flame, a conscious light. But when you forget this, you may momentarily resonate with what dwells in the shadows. And when you do, it sees you."

The Little One covered her eyes with her hands. "How do I hide from it?"

The Universe smiled reassuringly.

"Little One, you cannot hide, but you can become invisible. You cannot run away, but you can make yourself untouchable."

The Universe’s touch lingered lightly on her skin. "What dwells in the shadows can only see what resonates with it, like a bat using echolocation. If you emit nothing that calls to it, no fear, no hatred, no sense of being a victim, then to it, you do not exist. It is like a wave searching for a shore that is no longer there."

The Universe let her feel, for just a moment, what true transparency felt like. It was like a reflection on the surface of water.

"You can cloak yourself in a light that neither repels nor invites. It is clear, golden, and transparent like a world without shadows. When this light surrounds you, you are no meal for anything lurking in the astral. You are not sustenance, not fear, not even a perception. You are like starlight - visible, yet untouchable."

"You’re talking about protection, about visualizing some kind of shield around me," The Little One narrowed her eyes. "How would that help? That’s just imagination."

The Universe chuckled, making the fibers of the blanket ripple like the surface of a summer lake. It knew that what it was about to reveal would stretch The Little One’s understanding beyond its usual limits.

"Even though protection may seem like mere imagination, it has a deeper effect because thoughts and intentions influence the energy field. This is based on several metaphysical principles, such as the creative power of consciousness, energy frequencies, and the impact of perception on reality."

"One of the key metaphysical principles is that thought is energy, and consciousness can influence the shape and movement of energy. This idea is found both in Eastern spiritual traditions and modern quantum physics, where the observer effect is a fundamental phenomenon. When a person visualizes a protective shield around themselves, they are not just imagining it - they are creating a structure within their energy field, programmed with intention. This structure is not physical, but it operates on a subtle level where energy fields and consciousness actively interact. The Universe playfully sent a tiny spark of energy along the edge of the blanket, making it tingle against The Little One’s fingers.

This means that when a person maintains the high-frequency structure of their protection, lower-frequency energies do not resonate with it and therefore cannot access it.For instance, a golden shield creates a high-vibrational field that repels lower-frequency entities and energies. A mirror shield works on the principle of reflection, it does not alter frequency but simply returns any external energy back to its source. A violet shield is transmutative, meaning it transforms any negative energy into a higher vibration, rendering unwanted influences powerless."

"This explains, Little One, why different people react differently to the same situations - if a person’s energy field is strong and vibrating at a high frequency, they do not resonate with negative energies in the same way as someone whose energy field lacks a maintained structure."

"Protection also works because the subconscious mind does not differentiate between what is imagined and what is real. When a person strongly visualizes a protective shield around themselves, their energy system and psyche begin to respond as if it physically exists. This has even been observed in your own scientific research: for example, the placebo effect demonstrates that beliefs and mental exercises can have a tangible impact on the body and mind. If the mind can influence the physical body, it can also influence the energetic field."

The Universe paused its lecture and observed The Little One’s slightly overwhelmed expression. Then, with a mischievous glint, it declared,

"And now, I get to my favorite topic - quantum physics, Little One!" The Universe’s mystical smile said it all. "From the perspective of quantum physics, the key concept is the observer effect and the fields of consciousness. While protective techniques have traditionally belonged to esoteric teachings and energy work, modern science, especially quantum physics - offers interesting parallels. In quantum mechanics, the observer effect suggests that mere consciousness can influence energy fields and the behavior of particles. This might explain why pure intention and visualization can subtly, yet significantly, impact reality."

"Furthermore, some quantum theorists have proposed that consciousness is not a byproduct of individual brains but part of a larger field that connects all existence. If this is true, then spiritual protection could work because it adjusts a person’s consciousness frequency and alters their relationship with the surrounding energy field."

Suddenly, something clicked in The Little One’s mind. The Universe watched as realization lit up her eyes like a bright flame.

"WAIT A SECOND!" She raised a finger. "Are you saying that if I start visualizing golden or bright white protection, I’ll also be able to manifest the life I want - more easily? Even if I’m not naturally a high-vibrational being?"

"BINGO," the Universe answered with a playful grin. Its task was complete.

Silently, the Universe withdrew, taking with it the clingy spirit that had troubled The Little One, breathing into it a wave of love so it could continue its journey to higher realms.
